Please DO NOT be LATE! All classes start on time, and a warm up and mobility will take place before the WOD, and to reduce the risk of injury it is important that you make it for these!
CROSSFIT SCHEDULE (scroll down for MMA schedule)
CrossFit is a skill-based sport and strength and conditioning program. Unlike other CrossFit gyms, our fundamentals/ on ramp class, or in this case our 101 class, is NOT mandatory, but highly recommended. Our CrossFit 101 program covers the main barbell lifts needed to excel and progress in CrossFit such as the squat, deadlift, press, and the Olympic lifts in the snatch and the clean and jerk. Aside from learning the barbell lifts, you will learn proper movement patterns to reduce and almost eliminate the risk of any injury in life (not just CrossFit).
As our CrossFit 101 class is not mandatory, anyone who opts out of the curriculum is still more than welcome to take any of our regularly scheduled classes, BUT for your safety we may scale down and/ or substitute some movements for you at our discretion.

Open to our MEMBERS ONLY, our open gym session is the perfect time for you to get in an extra skill/ strength session to supplement your training, perfect and hone your technique in the many skills of CrossFit (such as the Olympic lifts, muscle ups, double unders, etc.), and break/ make new PR’s. Open Gym sessions are un-coached.
Similar to our Open Gym sessions, Open Mat is a session reserved for our MMA Club members only. Open Mat's are a great time to get in extra drilling and/ or sparring sessions, and work technique. Like our Open Gym sessions, Open Mat's are un-coached sessions.
